Delivery & Returns

You can place orders at any time, but our office for processing those orders are only open at certain times.
Before you complete your order you will be able to choose the delivery method in which your parcels will be sent.
When we send your order we will send you a confirmation email saying that we have sent your parcel.
Returns and Cancellation
The item will have to be returned in the same state that it was sent, unless it is being returned because of a fault. Items that have been opened can not be returned for refund.
We have a 20-days returns policy in which you can get a refund for the cost of the products. We do not refund postage and packaging costs. The 20-days start from the day you receive the product(s). Refunds on repairs can only be refunded if the part is in the same conditions as when you received the device after the repair.

To return or cancel items ordered please please contact us using the contact us page and we will give you information on how to return your items to us.

Refunds are only made when the goods are returned to the returns address location.

The total cost of returning the goods falls on you.

These terms also include your consumer rights.
On some products we will give a warranty this is only for the part repaired or the device that we have sold to you this does not include damaged caused by product user, but only issues that have happened to the part that we have fitted or sold to you.
