What is instantised BCAA?
Instantised BCAA (or Instant BCAA) are a combination of the essential amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine which have been spray dried onto an instantising agent (such as Soya Lecithin or Sunflower Lecithin) to improve the BCAA mixability. This makes the product a lot more user friendly, by reducing the amount the product foams and froths, whilst also ensuring all other ingredients (such as flavouring and colours) mix evenly throughout the product.
When should I take instantised BCAA powder?
